The Pipe Systems Division offers a specialist manufacturing capability of pipe and fabricated polyethylene fittings for the gas, water and industrial markets.

With a turnover in excess of £5m in 2004, the Division provides advice and support for a wide range of fabrication services.

This is achieved through a Customer Service team with extensive industry experience that prides itself on its ability to provide practical solutions to its clients and to deliver a quality service, often against very tight project deadlines.

Manufactured pipe is available to both WIS and DIN standards in sizes from 63-250mm in lengths from 6m to 18m.

Recent investments have seen a factory extension built to accommodate new cutting equipment giving a bespoke facility for the manufacture of slotted and threaded pipe for landfill applications.

A fleet of specialist automatic butt fusion machines are in place to provide a fast, quality fabrication service for a range of fittings including mitred bends, pupped stub flanges, tees, elbows, and much more.

Sizes for standard fabrications are in the range 63mm up to 1000mm.

Furthermore a highly-skilled team of fabricators offer a specialist one-off fabrication service from simple bespoke items to complex projects, operating from a dedicated workshop area.
