In many cases, PSD is able to offer design guidance to ensure optimal performance and to identify possible cost engineering benefits. Capacity and Complexity..

The Pipe Systems Division (PSD) of Fusion Provida has over 25,000 sq ft. devoted to the creation of specialist polymer fabrications as diverse as complex manifolds for landfill gas collection systems to offshore Fast Rescue Craft up to 40’ in length.

Diversity and Availability..

In addition to moving to a new custom-built fabrications facility. PSD has also increased its stock of moulded components - e.g. reducers, elbows, tees - and ancillary items - e.g. valves, flanges and bracketry. This investment has greatly increased PSD’s ability to meet ever more demanding lead times.

Normality and Dependability..

In addition to its special capabilities, PSD also make a range of standard polyethylene pipe fabrications such as segmented bends and pupped fittings and endeavours to maintain off-the-self sticks of the most popular lines.

PSD has achieved ISO 9002 accreditation for all its fabrication and manufacturing activities. Whilst PSD recognises that the most important aspect of its work is to produce fabrications that meet all functional requirements and technical specifications, we realise that our fabrications are often part of systems that are visible to both your client and, in many cases, to the general public. Consequently, we pay great attention to producing a finished product that will maintain your reputation - and, of course, promote ours!
